Our Construction Process
How we guide your project from initial consultation and site study to structured construction and key handover.
The 6 Stages of Construction
While the exact schedule and details depend on project scale, our structured approach ensures clarity and consistent quality at every milestone.
Initial Discussion & Consultation
We begin by listening to your vision, space needs, and architectural preferences.
During our initial conversation—whether over the phone, on WhatsApp, or in person—we review your plot location, desired house type (independent home, duplex villa, or auxiliary expansion), and preferred timeline. This stage establishes mutual alignment and project goals.
Requirement Gathering & Specifications
Detailing the exact functional and architectural elements required.
We document room configurations, floor counts, vehicle parking requirements, terrace access, and special structural requests such as porticos or courtyard sit-outs. This ensures that every member of the family's needs are incorporated into the planning framework.
Site Assessment & Plot Inspection
Evaluating physical ground reality, road access, and environmental factors.
Our team conducts an on-site visit to inspect plot boundaries, ground elevation, soil strata, road approach for heavy material vehicles, and proximity to municipal water and electrical lines. Understanding site specifics avoids unforeseen delays during excavation.
Planning, Structural Detailing & Estimation
Creating a transparent roadmap and itemized bill of quantities.
We work through structural column grids, steel schedules, and a transparent cost estimate. We clearly explain material grades, payment milestones tied to physical site completions, and estimated stage durations before any contract is signed.
Disciplined Construction Execution
From excavation to roof slab and surface plastering.
On-site activity is organized into sequential, monitored construction phases:
- Phase A: Excavation, anti-termite treatment & column footing casting
- Phase B: Plinth beams, backfilling, RCC columns & structural roof slab casting
- Phase C: Brickwork masonry, door/window frame integration & lintels
- Phase D: Conduiting, internal & external plastering, and waterproofing
Final Inspection & Handover
A comprehensive quality walkthrough before welcoming you home.
Prior to handover, we conduct a joint inspection checking line-and-level, water flow in drainage and plumbing points, door fittings, and terrace finishes. Any minor touch-ups are promptly completed, followed by a clean site and formal handover of keys.
Tailored to Your Project Type
Please note that smaller projects such as specialized concrete works, boundary walls, or interior structural repairs follow a streamlined, focused sequence tailored specifically to the structural intervention needed.
